“We receive exactly what we see. See yourself living in abundance and you will attract it.”
– Rhonda Byrne
It is the mind that charts the course for how you will live and the heart that offers the deepest yearnings for what you must do. “Manifesting,” is the practice of pondering upon aspirational thoughts with the purpose of making everything you want to feel and experience, a reality by means of your thoughts, actions, and beliefs. Essentially, manifestation is bringing something concrete into your life through belief and assurance, i.e., if you believe, it will transpire.
However, there is more to manifestation than willpower and positive thinking. It necessitates focusing on what you desire and attracting it through what you anticipate and how you act. It is all about setting the right goals, getting aligned with your entire external world, clearing out abundance blocks, such as limiting beliefs and establishing the right mindset.
Why is manifestation important?
We all reach a point in our lives when our next aspiration appears to be too great a leap. When we reach this point and foresee the distance between our present-day situation and the one that we will receive once we accomplish our goal, it is a hurdle and no matter how hard we desire to achieve this objective, a part of our mind will always be sceptical and doubtful of its practicality owing to the image we have subconsciously formed. Even if we are working to our greatest potential, our conscience will tug at our actions, making us feel as if our efforts will be futile. As a result, we must make all our aspirations, big or small, practical, or impractical, a reality.
You are the only person who knows and owns your dreams so, what you can manifest is the result of your choice and free will to decide what is to come. As we practice being more vigilant and attentive to our thoughts, we can see how we are always manifesting, be it deliberately or not. Our mood state determines the types of thoughts we conceive, which in turn determine how we feel. Therefore, it is safe to say that manifestation is not magic; it is not like having a genie in a bottle and getting unlimited wishes. Your ability to manifest is a tool that supports this process and helps you change your mindset, reprogram your subconscious mind, and escalate your manifesting success!
To educate the students about what manifestation is and how it can be practised, the Mentoring cell of SCMS NOIDA is hosting a webinar, “Make it Happen – Manifestation” on the 12th of February wherein, the guest speaker, Ms Saveera Bahl, a Career and Behavioural Counsellor and Founding Director at Manasvi Wellbeing Pvt. Ltd. will give the students insights on the same.
