QUIT LAZINESS All of us are following the routine of Eat, Sleep, Netflix, Repeat. It is high time that we take responsibility for our sleep schedule and change from being an insomniac at night or having hypersomnia by the day. This confuses our biological clock and causes metabolism problems.
